Parc Croesor is a 4mm scale model railway running on 9mm gauge track. It is inspired by the Croesor Tramway which ran between the isolated slate quarries in the Croesor valley and the main line railway and harbour at Porthmadog, but as its history shows, it was forever on the verge of becoming part of a much grander scheme. The layout bends history a little and just for a moment imagines that the tramway became just a little more important...
